Muddy looking but healthy waters sprinkle the visitors of the thermal pools of Besenova.
The geothermal waters of Besenova come from a depth of 1987 meters. The brown colour of the waters are the result of the magnesium that is in it. Besenova is near the city of Ruzomberok, which is just west of the Slovakian Tatra Mountains.
