Trying to get some shelter from the rain at the Räucherturm in Dessau.
While the population is Dessau is shrinking rapidly a combination of landscaping and heritage is part of the new directions in urban (re)development. The Räucherturm (smokers tower), as a place where in earlier years sausages have been prepared, is such a place. Even now, years after the tower has been in use, you can still smell the sausages.
