In the Austrian village of Gnesau the senior women take their responsability in not letting the village down in times of shrinking population.
A group of farmer wives, many of them being a widow, are in the lead when trying to find solutions against the shrinking population in their Carynthian mountainous village. They are not waiting for others to help them or give them advices, they in contrary, are creating their own new networks directed to new opportunities.
